Easy South Indian Rava Dhokla Recipe

Ingredients: Semolina (rava), yogurt, water, Eno fruit salt, oil, mustard seeds,

Ingredients: sesame seeds, green chilies, curry leaves, salt, and fresh coriander.

Mix rava, yogurt, water, and salt to form a smooth batter. Let the batter rest for 15-20 minutes.

Add Eno fruit salt to the batter and mix gently. Pour the batter into a greased steaming tray.

Steam for 15-20 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.

Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, sesame seeds, green chilies, and curry leaves.

Pour this tempering over the steamed dhokla. Garnish with fresh coriander.

Cut into squares and serve.
