Easy Coconut Kheer Recipe In 30 Minutes

Heat 1 cup coconut milk and 1 cup water in a pan.

Add 1/2 cup rice; cook until rice is tender, about 15-20 minutes.

Stir in 1/2 cup sugar; cook for 5 minutes.

Add 1/4 cup grated coconut and 1/2 tsp cardamom powder; mix well.

Simmer for 5 minutes until thickened.

Garnish with slivers of almonds and pistachios.
