30 Minute Rava Veg Idli Recipe

Heat 3 tsp oil. Add 1 tsp mustard, 1 tsp chana dal, ½ tsp cumin, 1 tsp urad dal, pinch hing, and curry leaves.

Add 2 chilli, 1-inch chopped ginger, 5 cashew, and salt to taste.

Add in chopped carrots, capsicum, beans, peas, and sweet corn. Saute the veggies.

For the batter, make a smooth batter with rava, water, and curd.

Grease the idli plate with oil. Add in the batter. Add in the veggies on the top.

Steam on low flame for 15 minutes.

Serve with coconut chutney and sambhar.
