Masala egg salad

Boiled eggs, chopped - 4 Tomato, diced - 1 Onion, diced - 1 Cucumber, diced - 1 Fresh coriander - 1 tbsp Lime juice - 1 tsp Black salt - 1/4 tsp Chaat masala - 1/2 tsp

Combine boiled eggs with tomato, onion, cucumber, and fresh coriander in a bowl. Add lime juice, black salt, and chaat masala. Mix all the salad ingredients in a bowl and serve chilled.

Egg chaat

Boiled eggs - 4 Chaat masala - 1/2 tsp Cumin powder - 1/4 tsp Onion, finely chopped - 1 Tomato, chopped - 1 Green chili - 1 Fresh coriander leaves - 1 tbsp Tamarind chutney - 1 tbsp Lemon juice - 1 tsp

Egg bhurji wrap

Boiled eggs - 4 Onions - 1 Tomato - 1 Bell peppers - 3 Oil - 1 tbsp Turmeric - 1/2 tsp Cumin - 1/2 tsp Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp Whole wheat wrap - 1 Yoghurt - 1
