Tasty Mysore Bonda Recipe

Ingredients: ½ cup urad dal,1 ½ tbsp rice flour, ½ tsp black crushed pepper, ½ tsp cumin, ½ tsp finely chopped ginger

Ingredients: 1 chopped green chilli, 3 tbsp chopped fresh coconut, 8-10 curry leaves, asafoetida, salt

For the batter, soak urad dal overnight. Grind to a smooth batter. Whisk the batter and aerate it.

Add rice flour, crushed black pepper, cumin seeds, chopped ginger and green chillies, asafoetida, chopped curry leaves, chopped coconut, and salt.

Heat oil in a kadhai. Using a spoon, pour the batter in a round shape.

Fry till golden brown. Serve hot with coconut chutney.
