Tasty Kerala Style Egg Appam Recipe

Ingredients: 9 eggs, 2 cups wheat flour, 2 cups all-purpose flour, 2 cups grated coconut, 15 cashews

Ingredients: 8 green cardamom, ¼ tsp baking soda, refined oil, sugar, salt

Sift all-purpose flour, wheat flour, salt, and baking soda. Break in the eggs and mix.

Add sugar, cardamom, coconut, and cashew to the mixture. Make a lump-free batter.

Heat a tawa. Pour a ladle of the batter.

Cook on both sides with oil. Serve with coconut chutney.
