Vegan Aloo Matar Samosa Recipe

Boil and mash potatoes, set aside. Heat oil, add cumin seeds, ginger, green chilies, and peas.

Sauté peas until soft, then add mashed potatoes, salt, and spices (coriander, cumin, garam masala, turmeric).

Mix well and let the filling cool. For dough, mix flour, salt, and oil, then knead with water into a firm dough

Roll dough into small circles, cut in half, and shape into cones. Stuff cones with filling and seal edges with water

Deep fry samosas until golden brown and crisp. Serve hot with chutney.
