South Indian Black Pepper Goat Curry Recipe

Ingredients: Goat meat, black pepper, onions, tomatoes, garlic, ginger, green chilies, curry leaves,

Ingredients: cumin seeds, coriander powder, turmeric, garam masala, oil, and salt

Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds and curry leaves.

Sauté onions, garlic, and ginger until golden.

Add turmeric, coriander powder, and chopped tomatoes; cook until soft.

Add goat meat and stir-fry for 5 minutes.

Sprinkle crushed black pepper and garam masala; mix well.

Add water, cover, and cook until meat is tender.

Adjust salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with fresh curry leaves and serve hot with rice or roti.
