Grilled chicken and avocado sandwich

Chicken breast - 100 gm Garlic clove (crushed) - 1 Lemon juice - 2 tbsp Olive oil - 2 tbsp Avocado - Half Fresh spinach - 1/2 cup Whole grain bread - 2 slices

Mix the garlic, lemon juice, and oil in a big bowl. Put the chicken in it and marinate for a while. Grill the chicken until thoroughly cooked. Add avocado and layer it along with fresh spinach on whole-grain bread.

Whole wheat turkey wrap

Turkey breast slices - 100 gm Whole wheat wrap - 1 Low-fat cheese - 1 slice Spinach - 1/2 cup

Take turkey breast slices and place them on the wrap. Add cheese and spinach to it. Roll up the wrap tightly and enjoy.

Egg salad sandwich

Eggs - 2 Greek yoghurt - 2 tbsp Mustard - 1 tsp Finely chopped chives - 1 tbsp Whole wheat bread - 2 slices

Boil and chop the eggs. Mix the chopped eggs with Greek yogurt, mustard, and chives in a bowl. Spread this mixture over whole wheat bread.
