Healthy And quick Vegan Rava Idli Recipe

Ingredients: 2 tsp chana dal, 1 tsp mustard seeds, 1 tsp urad dal, 1 tbsp oil, ¼ tsp asafoetida

Ingredients: 1 grated carrot, 1 cup semolina, salt, water, 1 tbsp lemon juice, ¾ tsp fruit salt

Roast chana dal, mustard seeds, urad dal.

Add grated carrots. Add asafoetida and saute well.

Add rava to the mix and saute well. Set aside.

Transfer the rava mix to a bowl. Add water, salt to taste, lemon juice, and fruit salt.

Grease idli plates with oil. Add in the mixture.

Steam for 15 minutes. Serve hot with chutney.
