Simple and Delicious Basmati Rice Recipe

Rinse 1 cup basmati rice until water runs clear.

Soak rice in water for 20-30 minutes.

Boil 2 cups of water in a pot. Add soaked rice and a pinch of salt.

Cover and simmer on low heat for 15-20 minutes until water is absorbed.

Fluff rice with a fork before serving.

Serve hot with curry or vegetables.
