Try this tasty South Indian raw mango rasam recipe at home.

Ingredients: Tomato - 20 gm Arhar dal - 5 gm Raw mango - 50 gm Salt - As per taste Curry leaves - 15 gm Dry red chilli whole - 1 Black peppercorns - 1 gm Coriander seeds - 1 gm Cumin seeds - 1 gm Ginger - 2 gm Garlic - 2 gm Mustard seeds - 1 gm Turmeric powder - 1 tsp Oil - 1 tsp

Step 1 Roast black pepper, whole coriander seeds, and cumin seeds. Grind them together.

Step 2 Pour oil into the wok; add mustard, whole dry red chilli, curry leaves, and turmeric powder, and then pour it into the tomato mixture. Add salt to it. Mix.

Step 3 Boil raw mangoes in water. When the mango is cooked, squeeze out the pulp.

Step 4 Boil the arhar dal. Boil tomatoes with ginger, garlic, and rasam powder, and strain it.

Step 5 Add raw mango puree and boiled arhar dal to it.

Step 6 Serve it hot with rice.
