One Pot South Indian Rasam Rice Recipe

Ingredients: 1 tbsp ghee, ½ tsp mustard seeds, 1 tsp cumin seeds, ¼ tsp hing, 1 chopped tomato

Ingredients: 1 cup rice, 2 tbsp toor dal, 1 tbsp rasam powder, turmeric, salt, ¾ tbsp tamarind paste

Heat oil in a pressure cooker. Add mustard, cumin, and hing.

Add chopped tomatoes and let it cook.

Add rice and toor dal. Add in rasam powder, turmeric, salt, tamarind paste, curry leaves, and coriander.

Pressure cook for 12 minutes.

Serve hot with a drizzle of ghee.
