Tasty South Indian Soya Idli Recipe

Soak 1 cup of idli rice and 1/4 cup of urad dal for 4-6 hours.

Soak 1/4 cup of soya chunks separately for 30 minutes.

Grind rice and urad dal into a smooth batter.

Blend soaked soya chunks into a paste and mix with the batter.

Add salt and let the batter ferment overnight.

Grease idli plates and pour the batter into the molds.

Steam for 10-12 minutes until cooked.

Serve hot with chutney or sambar.
