Nutritious Beetroot Pulao Recipe

Ingredients: 2 cups rice, ½ tsp jeera, ½ tsp mustard seeds, 1 sprig curry leaves, 1 inch ginger grated

1 cup chopped sambar onions, 2 tomatoes chopped, 2 beetroots chopped, 1 tsp sambar powder, 1 tsp elaichi powder, ½ tsp haldi, salt, oil

Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds and jeera.

Add curry leaves, ginger, and onion. Saute well.

Add tomatoes, sambar powder, and turmeric powder. Stir well.

Add grated beetroot and salt. Once cooked, add the cardamom powder and cooked rice.

Mix well and adjust the salt. Serve hot.
