Ingredients Grated Coconut - 1 cup Chopped Raw Mango - 1/2 cup Roasted and crushed Red Chilli - 3 Shallots - 4 Ginger - 1/2 tsp Curry Leaves - 4 Salt - As per taste Coconut oil - As needed
Grind all the ingredients till it gets a paste-like texture. Enjoy it with your meals.
Ingredients Dried Shrimp - 3/4 cup Grated Coconut - 1 cup Roasted and crushed Red Chilli - 3 Shallots - 4 Ginger - 1/2 tsp Curry Leaves - 4 Salt - As per taste
Dry roast the shrimp on a low flame. Fry the shallots and red chillies in oil. Add the grated coconut and continue roasting. Combine the shrimps, and heated coconut mixture with the rest of the ingredients in a stone mortar and pound till powdered well.
