Tasty 4 Ingredient Phirni Recipe

Ingredients: 1 ltr whole milk, ¼ cup raw rice, 1/3 cup sugar, ¼ tsp cardamom powder

Wash the rice and grind it with a little water.

Boil milk in a pan. Add the rice mixture and stir well.

Keep stirring and cook for 7-8 minutes.

Add sugar. Cook it till desired consistency and add cardamom powder.

Pour into bowls. Refrigerate it and garnish it with chopped pistachios. Serve cold.
