Delicious Coorgi Gawti Chicken Recipe

Marinate 500g chicken with turmeric, salt, and lime juice for 30 minutes.
Grind 1 tbsp coriander seeds, 1 tsp cumin, 5-6 dried red chilies, and 5-6 garlic cloves into a coarse paste.
Heat oil in a pan, add 1 chopped onion, and sauté until golden.
Add the spice paste and fry until aromatic.
Add marinated chicken and cook until browned.
Pour in 1 cup water, cover, and simmer for 20-25 minutes.
Garnish with chopped coriander. Serve hot with rice or roti.
