Have you ever tried pumpkin pie? Try this tasty no-bake pumpkin pie recipe at home this autumn.
Cream cheese, softened - 8 ounces Pumpkin puree - 1 cup Light brown sugar - 1/2 cup Pure vanilla extract - 1/2 tsp Ground cinnamon - 1/2 tsp Ground nutmeg - 1/4 tsp Ground ginger - 1/4 tsp Whipping cream - 2.5 cup Melted butter - 2 tbsp Biscuits - 1 pkt Cinnamon sugar - For sprinkling
In a mixing bowl with an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese with the pumpkin puree, brown sugar, pure vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger.
Blend the cream until it forms stiff peaks and fold it into the mixture. Add all the biscuits to a food processor and blitz them.
Gradually pour in the melted butter until it comes together into a dough.
Press the biscuit crust into a pie tray or dish. Scoop the filling into the crust and flatten the top.
Cover and chill the pie for a few hours. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar before serving.
