Ingredients 1 cup jowar 1/4th cup urad dal 1 tsp mustard seeds 1.5 cup chopped veggies of choice 80 g paneer 2 green chillies 1 sprig curry leaves 1 medium onion 1-2 tsp oil Salt as per taste
Wash the jowar seeds and soak it for 8 hours with urad dal.
Now grind it into a batter and let it ferment overnight.
Saute the chopped vegetables along with the mustard seeds, paneer, and curry leaves.
Next, make the tadka and pour it over the batter and the sauteed veggies.
Grease the appam pan with oil, and pour the batter to it.
Using a spoon, slowly move and flip the panniyarams. Cook on both sides for 3-4 minutes.
Serve it with a chutney of choice.
