The 2025 Speed Twin models now feature a sleeker design, adopting the LED headlight from the Speedmaster, along with narrower exhaust mufflers and new engine casings.
The Speed Twin 1200s have moved away from twin digi-analogue dials to an LCD display, borrowed from the Trident 660. This also includes a USB-C charging port.
The Standard Speed Twin 1200 is available in white, red, and silver, while the RS comes in black and orange. Extras like clip-on bars and a solo seat add customisation potential.
Both variants feature the same 1,200cc liquid-cooled engine. Power is now 105hp at 7,750rpm, with an increased redline of 8,000rpm.
Both models use a 6-speed gearbox, but the RS gets a bidirectional quickshifter. The standard variant can't be fitted with it due to different footpeg positioning.
The standard model has a higher handlebar and roomier footpeg positioning, while the RS offers a lower handlebar, rearset footpegs, and a taller 810mm seat height.
The RS variant is equipped with fully adjustable Marzocchi forks and Öhlins shock absorbers. The Standard version uses non-adjustable Marzocchi components.
Braking on the RS is handled by Brembo Stylema calipers, while the Standard variant has Triumph-branded radial 4-piston calipers. Both use dual 320mm discs.
Both bikes come with Road and Rain modes, along with cornering ABS and traction control. The RS variant gains an additional Sport mode.
In the UK, the Standard Speed Twin 1200 costs £12,495, and the RS is priced at £14,495. India pricing for the outgoing model is ₹11.09 lakh, with updated costs yet to be confirmed.
