Mixed vegetables, chopped - 1 cup
Plain yoghurt - 1 cup
Tandoori masala - 1.5 tbsp
Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tsp
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
Salt - As per taste
Oil - 2 tbsp
Whole wheat flour parathas - 4
Onion, sliced - 1
Tomato, sliced - 1
Lettuce leaves - 5
Hot and sour sauce - 3 tbsp
Ingredients
Add yoghurt, tandoori masala, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, and salt in a bowl. Mix all the ingredients well.
Step 1
Add mixed chopped vegetables to the marinade and combine all the ingredients well.
Step 2
Heat some oil in a pan, add the marinated vegetables to the pan and cook.
Step 3
Now, place lettuce leaves on parathas and add a generous layer of chopped veggies.
Step 4
Top it with sliced onions, tomatoes, and chopped coriander leaves. Drizzle some hot and sour sauce over. Roll it and enjoy.
