Galouti kebab is a popular Indian dish known for its melt-in-your-mouth texture and rich flavours. Try this tasty galouti kebab recipe at home.
Minced meat - 500 gm Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tbsp Raw papaya paste - 2 tbsp Red chili powder - 1 tsp Garam masala - 1 tsp Roasted cumin powder - 1 tsp Coriander powder - 1 tsp Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp Salt - As required Oil - As needed
Combine minced meat, ginger-garlic paste, raw papaya paste, and a blend of spices in a bowl.
Cover the bowl and let the meat marinate in the refrigerator overnight.
Take the marinated meat out of the refrigerator and shape it into small round patties.
Heat a griddle or a non-stick pan and drizzle some oil on it. Cook the kebabs on medium heat until they are golden brown and cooked through.
Serve the galouti kebabs hot with mint chutney and roomali roti.
