Cook a mixture of quinoa, brown rice, and millet until tender. Add roasted vegetables like sweet potatoes, broccoli, and cherry tomatoes. Top with a sprinkle of feta cheese, a handful of chopped fresh herbs like parsley or basil, and a drizzle of olive oil.
Mix chia seeds, basil seeds, almond milk, cocoa powder, and a drizzle of maple syrup until well combined. Let sit in the fridge for at least an hour. Top it with fresh berries, chopped nuts, and a sprinkle of unsweetened coconut flakes.
