Dosa batter, as required Butter, as required Onion, finely chopped Capsicum, finely chopped Tomato, finely chopped Paneer, grated Tomato ketchup Sriracha sauce, as required Salt, to taste Pav bhaji masala, to taste Cheese, grated Carrot, grated Green chillies, finely chopped Coriander, finely chopped
Spread the dosa batter on the dosa tawa.
After a few seconds, add in butter, onion, tomato, capsicum, paneer, ketchup, sriracha sauce, salt and pav bhaji masala. Mix well lightly and cook covered.
Once the masala starts to bubble, open the lid, add in grated cheese, grated carrot, green chillies and coriander.
Once the bottom is crisp, roll and cut and serve with more grated cheese and sriracha sauce on top.
