Tasty Smoky Tandoori Style Chicken Recipe

Mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, and lemon juice.

Add cumin, coriander, smoked paprika, garam masala, turmeric, and chili powder.

Season with salt and add a dash of oil.

Score chicken thighs or breasts and coat in the marinade.

Marinate for 2-4 hours (or overnight). Preheat grill or oven to high heat.

Grill or bake chicken at 400°F (200°C) until cooked through (20-30 minutes).

Char on open flame for smoky flavor.

Garnish with cilantro and lemon wedges. Serve hot with naan or rice.
