Originating from Mumbai, Vada Pav consists of a deep-fried potato dumpling (vada) served in a bun (pav) with various chutneys and spices.

The dish consists of a spicy vegetable curry (bhaji) served in a buttered bun (pav). The bhaji is prepared with pureed vegetables, spices and lots of butter.

A thin, crispy crepe made from fermented rice and lentil batter. Dosas come in a variety of flavors and fillings.

DOSA

A triangular shaped fried pastry filled with seasoned potatoes, peas, herbs and some other ingredients and are served with chutney.

SAMOSA

A delicious combination of puffed rice, chopped onions, tomatoes, cilantro, tamarind chutney and spices.

BHEL PURI

The dish is crispy fried mashed potato patties seasoned with spices. They're served with chutneys, yogurt, and garnishes.

ALOO TIKKI

It is a popular dish from northern India and consists of a spicy chickpea curry (chole) served with fluffy fried bread (bhature).

It is similar to Pani Puri, but instead of filling the puris with flavored water, they're filled with a mixture of potatoes, onions and chutneys and topped with crispy sev.

SEV PURI

The dish is a deep fried pastry filled with various savory fillings such as spiced lentils, peas or onions. It's often served with chutney or potato curry.

KACHORI

A deep-fried dessert made by a fermented batter of all-purpose flour (maida) into pretzel or circular shapes and then soaked in a flavoured sugar syrup.
