Tasty Homemade Chicken Tikka Masala Recipe

Marinate chicken in yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, cumin, coriander, turmeric, and chili powder.

Refrigerate for 2-4 hours (or overnight). Grill or pan-fry chicken until golden; set aside.

In a pan, sauté onions in oil until soft. Add ginger-garlic paste, cumin, garam masala, and paprika; cook briefly.

Pour in tomato puree and simmer for 10 minutes. Stir in cream or coconut milk and adjust seasoning.

Add grilled chicken to the sauce and simmer for 10 minutes. Garnish with cilantro and serve with rice or naan.
