Tasty Butter Chicken Mac 'n' Cheese Recipe

Cook macaroni until al dente; drain and set aside. Sauté onions in butter until soft.

Add ginger-garlic paste, cumin, coriander, garam masala, and chili powder; cook briefly. Stir in tomato puree and simmer for 10 minutes

Add cream and cooked, shredded chicken; simmer until thickened. Mix in cooked macaroni and combine well.

Stir in shredded cheese and let it melt. Transfer to a baking dish, top with more cheese.

Bake at 375°F (190°C) until golden and bubbly. Garnish with cilantro and serve hot.
