Easy Butter Naan At Home Recipe

Wet Ingredients: ¼ cup yogurt, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tsp baking powder, pinch of soda

Dry Ingredients: 2 cups maida, 1 tsp salt, 2 tsp oil

In a mixing bowl, add yogurt, sugar, baking powder, and soda. Mix with a spoon to ensure the salt is evenly distributed.

Add oil. Knead to a smooth dough. Let it rest for 2 hours.

Make medium-sized balls and roll out the naan.

Heat a tawa and place the naan. Flip to the other side when you see air pockets.

Keep flipping till all air pockets are gone. Brush ghee and serve hot.
