Healthy South Indian-style Moringa Dal Recipe

1/2 cup soaked tur dal 1.5 cups moringa leaves 1 onion 1 tomato 5-6 garlic cloves 1 tsp turmeric 1/2 mustard seeds 1/2 cumin seeds 5 dry red chillies 2 tsp oil

Ingredients

Start by pressure cooking the soaked tur dal, tomato, onion, garlic with some turmeric and water.

Heat oil in a pan, add mustard, cumin, dry red chillies, sauté for a minute.

Next, add the moringa leaves. Sauté for 1 minute.

Now, add the cooked dal to it and let in simmer for 2 minutes.

Now mash the dal well until everything is well combined.

Serve it with hot rice and enjoy.
