1 1/4 cups dosa batter 1/4 cup finely chopped capsicum 1/2 cup grated paneer 1/4 cup finely chopped onions 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander 2 tsp finely chopped green chillies Salt to taste 1 tbsp oil 1 tsp mustard seeds 1 tsp sesame seeds Oil
In a deep bowl, add dosa batter, capsicum, paneer, onions, coriander, green chillies and salt and mix well. Keep aside.
In small non-stick pan, heat oil and add mustard seeds, sesame seeds and curry leaves and sauté on a medium flame for a few seconds.
Pour the tempering over the batter and mix well.
Heat the appe mould on a medium flame and grease it using little oil. Pour approx. ½ tbsp of the batter into each of the moulds.
