Step 1Roast makhanas in a pan until crunchy and light brown.
Step 2Take a bowl add roasted makhanas, and put boiled potatoes, finely chopped green chilli, roasted peanuts, black pepper powder, roasted cumin powder, potato flakes, rock salt, and lemon juice in it.
Step 3Mix all the ingredients well.
Step 4Garnish with pomegranate seeds and coriander leaves.
