Easy South Indian Banana Dosa Recipe

1 banana, chopped 1 cup rava ¾ cup poha 1 cup curd 2 tbsp jaggery ½ tsp cardamom powder ½ tsp salt ¼ tsp turmeric ¼ tsp baking soda

Ingredients

In a mixer jar, take 1 banana. Add the rava, poha, curd, jaggery, cardamom powder and salt.

Blend to smooth batter adding water as required.

Transfer the batter into the large bowl and add ¼ tsp turmeric. Mix well making sure everything is well combined.

Next, add ¼ tsp baking soda and mix gently forming a frothy batter.

Pour the batter over the hot tawa. Cook until the top of the dosa is cooked completely.

Finally, enjoy the banana dosa with chutney or honey.
