Yummy South Indian Churumuri Recipe

Ingredients

Churumuri / puffed rice - 2 cups Coconut oil - 2 tbsp Kashmiri red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp Salt - 1/2 tsp Fried peanuts - 2 tbsp Onion, finely chopped - 1/2 Tomato, finely chopped - 1/2 Carrot, grated - 2 tbsp Coriander, finely chopped - 2 tbsp Lemon juice - 2 tbsp Sev, fine - 2 tbsp

Dry roast churumuri / puffed rice on a low flame.

Transfer them into a bowl and add chopped onion and tomato to it.

Sprinkle salt black salt, red chilli powder, green chillies, coriander leaves, cumin powder, and lemon juice. Toss it well.

Add roasted peanuts to it and mix well.

Serve churmuri immediately. Top it with ghee.
