Ingredients Hung curd/Greek yoghurt - 1 kg Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp Saffron strands - 15 Chopped nuts - 1.5 cup Icing sugar - 150 gm Granulated sugar - 20 gm Mango pulp - 3 tbsp

Step 1 Pour the curd into a big bowl and mix in the icing sugar. Add the saffron directly into the bowl and stir until it starts changing colour.

Step 2 Add the granulated sugar and continue stirring. Add some chopped nuts.

Step 3 Add the mango pulp and mix it well.

Step 4 Refrigerate for a few minutes and serve with a garnishing of chopped nuts.
