Healthy Sauteed Veggies With Nuts Chaat Recipe For Diwali 2024

Ingredients

Almonds - 1/2 cup Cashews - 1/2 cup Raisins - 1/2 cup Peanuts - 1/2 cup ⁠Fox nuts - 1 cup Red bell pepper - 1/2 cup Yellow bell pepper - 1/2 cup Brocolli - few florets Baby corn - 4-5 diced Peas - 1 cup Salt to taste Black pepper powder - 1 tsp Chaat masala powder - 1 tsp Lemon juice Oil - 1 tbsp

Soak almonds and cashews in water for 30-40 minutes and keep it aside.

⁠Meanwhile steam brocolli florets and baby corn, and boil the peas. Also roast the peanuts and fox nuts till they are crunchy.

Heat some oil in a pan and saute the soaked almonds and cashews for 6-7 minutes. Then add bell peppers and sauté for another 2-3 minutes. 

Then add the steamed veggies, peanuts, fox nuts and raisins and mix well.

⁠Switch off the flame and add salt to taste, black pepper powder and chaat masala. Top it with some lemon juice and mix well.

⁠Your veggies dry fruit chaat is ready to be served. Enjoy!
