Tasty South Indian Mutta Dosa Recipe For Festive Week Lunch

Mutta dosa is a high-protein South Indian treat. Try this South Indian Muttao Dosa recipe for the festive week lunch.

Ingredients

Egg - 1 Dosa batter - 1/2 cup Onion, chopped - 1 Green chilli, finely chopped - 1 Coriander leaves, chopped - 1 tsp Oil - 1 tsp Salt - As needed

Tomatoes
Veggies
Onion
Chili
Cheese

Step 1

Grease tawa with some oil.

Step 2

Pour the dosa batter on it and spread it out in a circular motion. Allow it to cook for some time.

Step 3

You can also add a dash of curry, sauce, or your favourite condiment to the dosa.

Step 4

Now, break the egg, drop the yolk on the dosa, and spread it around the dosa.

Step 5

Add onion, chillies, and coriander leaves. Add some oil towards the edges of the dosa.

Step 6

Flip it gently and let the dosa cook from the other side. Serve hot and crisp.
