Hero Karizma XMR launched at Rs 1.73 lakh

Hero brings back the popular Karizma with the launch of the XMR model. With an introductory price of Rs 1.73 lakh, it features a 210cc engine and segment-first adjustable windscreen.

The bike was unveiled by Bollywood star Hrithik Roshan, the brand ambassador for the new Karizma XMR 210.

Marks the return of the popular Karizma moniker after three years.

Engine

Powered by a 210cc, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine making 25.5hp/20.4Nm.

Design

Features an intricate layered design for the fairing.

Windscreen

Gets a segment-first adjustable windscreen.

Nestled within a steel trellis frame, suspended by a telescopic fork and a preload adjustable monoshock.

Brakes

Braking duties are handled by a 300mm disc up front and a 230mm rotor at the rear.

First Hero motorcycle to get dual-channel ABS.

Features

Packs in an LCD dash with Bluetooth connectivity, enabling turn-by-turn navigation.

Rivals

Competes with Yamaha R15 V4, Suzuki Gixxer SF 250, Bajaj Pulsar RS 200 and KTM RC 200.
