Mix loamy soil into the containers. In order for the soil to drain gradually, it should be slightly sandy.

A couple of the seeds should be pushed into the pots. Then, add 18 inch (0.32 cm) of soil to each one. Give the seeds some water to completely moisten the soil.

Keep watering the seedlings until they have at least two leaves, then remove them from the container but keep the soil moist.

Find a different location in the garden or add sand to the soil to break up the clay if the soil is too clay-rich since this will harm the cardamom plant.

Choose a planting location with some shade because cardamom plants cannot survive in full sunlight.

Since cardamom grows in subtropical forests, your garden must have high humidity levels for it to flourish.

If you must bring the cardamom inside your home, think about putting it in the room with the most heat and moisture, like the bathroom.
