Daily dental routine: The correct order to brush your teeth

Published by: CNBC-TV18.com

Dentists suggest a certain sequence for your dental routine, done twice a day. But, many people don’t know this or don’t want to follow another complex routine.

Start with a rinse in the morning

Start your day with mouthwash to fight bacteria that grew while you were sleeping. Don’t use it right after brushing.
