Spaghetti Aglio e Olio: Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté minced garlic and red pepper flakes. Toss cooked pasta in this mixture and finish with parsley and grated Parmesan cheese.

Chicken Stir-Fry: Slice chicken breast into strips. Stir-fry in a hot pan with mixed vegetables, ginger, and garlic. Add soy sauce and honey for a quick, tasty sauce.

Vegetable Fried Rice: Sauté diced vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, peas) in a pan, then stir in cooked rice. Add soy sauce and scrambled eggs.
