Stir-Fry Veggies and Tofu: Sauté tofu and your favorite vegetables in a flavorful sauce. Serve with rice or noodles.

Basanti Pulao: Add sauté onions, turmeric and whole spices to rice. Cook until the rice is tender and serve with yogurt or raita.

Vegetable Sandwich: Put sliced cucumbers, tomatoes, avocados, bell peppers, and lettuce in between two yogurt-spread slices of bread.

Avocado Toast with Eggs: Spread mashed avocado on whole-grain toast and top with poached or fried eggs. Season with salt, pepper, and chili flakes.

Chicken Fajitas: Experience foreign flavour with sauté chicken strips with bell peppers and onions. Serve with whole-grain tortillas, salsa, and guacamole.

Pasta Primavera: Cook whole-grain pasta and toss it with sautéed seasonal vegetables and a light olive oil sauce.

Oats Idli: Mix oats, semolina, yogurt, and water in a bowl to form a thick batter. Add chopped vegetables and steam until cooked. Serve with coconut chutney.

Sweet Potato & Bean Enchiladas: Sauté diced sweet potatoes, black beans, and onions with taco seasoning, and put it in tortillas. Top with sauce and cheese.

Salmon and Asparagus: Season salmon fillets and roast with asparagus in the oven. Drizzle with lemon juice.

Spinach and Mushroom Salad: Sauté mushrooms and spinach. Top with grilled chicken or chickpeas, and drizzle with balsamic vinaigrette.
