Rachin Ravindra had an impressive run during World Cup that saw him score 578 runs with 3 centuries and 2 fifties. Ravindra can open the batting and also bat at no.3 and is also an effective left arm off spinner.

Nationality: Australia

Hard hitting batter Travis Head smashed a memorable century in the World Cup final that propelled Australia to their sixth World Cup title. Head's attacking batting is tailor-made for T20 cricket.

Dilshan Madhushanka

Nationality: Sri Lanka

Dilshan Madhushanka had a breakthrough campaign in World Cup that saw him finish third on the list of the highest wicket-takers with 21 scalps. The left-arm pacer's ability to pick wickets in the Powerplay makes him an exciting prospect.

Gerald Coetzee

Nationality: South Africa 

Gerald Cotzee made the world notice his skills and talents during the World Cup as he claimed 20 wickets, the fourth-most along with Jasprit Bumrah. The South African speedster can bowl really fast to trouble the batters.

Azmatullah Omarzai 

Nationality: Afghanistan

Azmathullah Omarzai is one of the best all-rounders that will be on offer in the upcoming auction. The 23-year-old scored 353 runs in the World Cup including 3 fifties. He also picked 7 wickets with his medium pace bowling.

Wanindu Hasaranga

Nationality: Sri Lanka

Wanindu Hasaranga did play in the World Cup owing to an injury. Hasaranga absence was sorely felt by Sri Lanka. The player has been released by RCB. But come the auction expect the teams fight hard to get Hasaranga in their squad. The all-rounder was the Player of the Tournament in the last season of the LPL

Mitchell Starc has not featured in the IPL 2015. But the left arm pacer has expressed his interest to play in the league this time around as he looks to prepare for the upcoming T20 World Cup. Starc's experience will come handy for the teams.
