Avoid the sun's direct rays since they can burn their leaves.

Keep the temperature between 65 and 80 °F (18 and 27 °C).

Before watering, let the top inch (2.5 cm) of the soil dry out.

Higher relative humidity is beneficial to rubber plants.

Use a potting mix that drains effectively and has adequate airflow.

In order to avoid waterlogging, choose a pot with drainage holes.

During the growing season (spring and summer), fertilise your rubber plant every two to four weeks with a balanced, water-soluble fertiliser.

Pruning your rubber plant will promote bushier growth and get rid of any branches that are weak or damaged.

Observe your indoor plants for typical pests like mealybugs and spider mites.

Rubber plants may become top-heavy as they mature.
