10 Tips to Grow Coriander at Home

Select a spot in the garden that has full exposure to sunlight. The soil should be light and well-drained.

Sow the seeds about 1⁄4 inch deep in neat rows. They prefer moisture, so make sure you water them regularly.

Once the plant grows to about 2 inches, fertilize them with compost or organic fertilizer.

Stop the coriander plants from becoming overcrowded by thinning the seedlings.

Harvest the leaves by cutting off the individual leaves and stems from the base of the plant.

Decide whether you want your coriander plant to flower or not. Once they start flowering, fresh leaves are not produced.

If you decide to grow coriander in a pot, make sure to select a wide pot that can fit a full-grown plant.

Mix the soil with some fertilizer and plant the seeds by dispersely them evenly.

Place the pot in a spot where it'll get enough sunlight.

The seeds will germinate in 7 to 10 days. You can harvest four crops of coriander from a single pot.
