1: Alia Bhatt's beetroot salad

Ingredients

Boiled and grated beetroot - 1 Yoghurt - 1 cup Black pepper - A pinch Chaat masala - A pinch Coriander leaves - 1/2 tbsp Oil - 1/4 tbsp Black mustard seeds - A pinch Cumin seeds - 1 tsp Hing - 1/2 tsp Curry leaves - A sprig

In a bowl, add beetroot and yoghurt and mix well. Add the black pepper, chaat masala, and fresh coriander leaves. Now for the tadka, to the oil, add jeera, mustard seeds, curry leaves, and asafoetida. Mix the tadka with the beetroot and yoghurt and serve.

2: Alia Bhatt's chia pudding

Ingredients

Roasted chia seeds - 1 scoop Coconut milk - 1 cup Protein powder - 1 scoop Stevia - As per taste

Add chia seeds to a bowl along with coconut milk, protein powder, and stevia. Mix it well. Put it in the fridge for some time and serve cold.

3: Alia Bhatt's South Indian-style zucchini sabzi

Ingredients

Zucchini, diced - 1 Oil - 1/2 tbsp Black mustard seeds - 1/4 tbsp Hing - 1/4 tsp Curry leaves - A few Green chilli - 1 Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp Jeera powder - 1/2 tsp Fennel powder - 1/2 tsp Amchur powder - 1/4 tsp Fresh coriander leaves - As needed Grated coconut - As required

Add oil, mustard, asafoetida, curry leaves, and chilli to prepare the tadka. Now, add the chopped zucchini with salt. Toss the vegetable and tadka and cover it for some time. Add coriander powder, cumin powder, amchur powder, and fennel powder.
