Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie

yoghurt

Peanut butter - 3 tbsp
Banana - 1
Skim/Almond milk - 1/3 cup
Ice cubes - 3
Ingredients

Banana Walnut Smoothie

Pineapple chunks - 1 cup
Cashew butter - 2 tbsp
Chopped walnuts - 2 tbsp
Water - 2 cups

Milled flax seed - 1 tbsp
