3 Healthy Chicken Recipes For Dinner

If a protein-rich dinner is on your mind and you’re not a vegetarian, chicken can be a good addition to your plate. Here are some healthy chicken recipes you can prepare for dinner.

Lemon herb grilled chicken

Ingredients Chicken thighs - 3 Olive oil - 4 tbsp Lemon juice - 1 Dried oregano - 1 tsp Dried thyme - 1 tsp Garlic (minced) - 3 Salt and pepper - As per taste

Mix olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, thyme, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Add the four pieces of chicken thighs, coat them with the marinade, and wait for some time.

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat then grill the chicken thighs for some time. Serve with steamed vegetables or a salad.

Chicken and cauliflower rice stir-fry

Ingredients Chicken breasts (diced) - 2 Cauliflower rice - 3 cups Bell pepper (sliced) - 1 Onion (diced) - 1 Soy sauce - 2 tbsp Sesame oil - 1 tbsp Garlic (minced) - 2 Ginger (minced) - 1 tsp Green onions (chopped) - 2

Heat sesame oil in a pan. Add garlic and ginger to it and cook. Add the diced chicken and cook. Add bell peppers and onions, and wait.

Stir in the cauliflower rice and soy sauce. Cook for some time. Garnish with green onions.

Chicken avocado salad

Ingredients Chicken breasts (cooked and shredded) - 2 Avocado (diced) - 1 Onion (diced) - 1/4 cup Cherry tomatoes (halved) - 1/4 cup Olive oil - 2 tbsp Lemon juice - 1 Salt and pepper - As per taste Green coriander leaves - For garnishing

Mix the chicken breasts with avocado, onion, and cherry tomatoes in a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and lime juice then season with salt and pepper.

Toss all the ingredients together until they all get combined well. Garnish with green coriander leaves and serve.
