3-Ingredient Mango Jam Recipe

Ingredients: 3 cups ripe mango, peeled and diced,1 cup sugar, 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Place diced mango, sugar, and lemon juice in a large saucepan.

Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently until the mixture thickens (about 30-40 minutes)

Pour the hot jam into sterilized jars, seal, and let cool. Store in the refrigerator.
